We will ship your items out within 3-5 business days of receipt of cleared payment. Or if you have pre-ordered kits, your purchase will ship at the stated release date of the pre-order kits. You can use your credit card to make your purchase. You do not have to have a Pay Pal account. Both shopping carts are SSL Secure shopping cart providers. Paypal is our premiere secured payment processor. All major credit cards are accepted.
A Tax rate of 7.0% will be applied to all orders shipping to a Florida address.
Upon receipt of your cleared payment, we will ship your package out via USPS Priority Mail.
Your items will be shipped in a sturdy Priority Mail Box and packaged carefully.
This will include delivery confirmation.
Insurance is optional but highly recommended.
Please note: We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged items once they are in the care of the US postal service.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Your COMPLETE satisfaction is our priority. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions about your products or your order. We will address manufactured product defects within 5 days of receipt of order. This is for support items only. A support item is construed to mean any inks, adhesives or other items of this nature. Specifically not included are our page kits.
PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER?:
We package and ship hundreds of kits monthly. We pride ourselves on thoroughly packaging your order. On a very rare occasion, we may find that a page kit is missing something that should have been included. Please notify us immediately if you have any concerns or problems. Please also note, we do our very best to ensure that each kit goes out with all products and as described. Occasionally we may miss a piece or two. If that happens, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to take care of the situation. However, we can not be responsible for incomplete or missing pieces to kits once you have had them in your possession for more than twenty one calendar days. We do not keep extra pieces of the kits on hand and inventory them, so please take the time to go through your kits when you receive them.
BAG OF LOSE-ABLES
Our unique kits will most often include paper piecings which may use small pieces to put together. Your kit will come with a zip lock bag that contains lots of very small pieces. As a result, these pieces can VERY EASILY get lost while working on your kit. Therefore, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you open your little baggy of "lose-ables" only after you have cleared your work area and you can carefully take your pieces out. It is also suggested that you "layout" your paper piecings with all the little pieces before you start to work on them. You can easily follow the full color picture provided to see where placement of the pieces goes. Please know that if something seems confusing, you can always email us and we will try to answer your questions clearly and quickly. Paper piecing can take some getting used to, but once you've done it....you're hooked and our kits make it very easy!

A Note About Our Exclusive and Original Kits
ALL THE WONDERFUL PAPER PIECINGS AND DIE CUTS IN ANY OF OUR KITS HAVE BEEN METICULOUSLY PRE-CUT FOR YOU!!! NO TEMPLATES OR EXTRA CUTTING INVOLVED!
Every effort is made to ensure that your kit will contain all the pieces necessary to complete. From time to time we may have to substitute paper due to availability. We will however make sure that the overall appearance of the kit is maintained.
These kits were designed with careful attention to detail and with Acid and Lignin Free products. We use only the highest quality products from some of the leading scrapbooking manufacturers.
These kits are made with our very own ORIGINAL artwork and designs. Not with purchased cutting files or templates from others. We are also frequently asked which Cricut cartridge(s) we use to complete our kits. Our unique paper piecings DO NOT come on any Cricut cartridges. They are our own original designs.
